How can i get exemption for hearing of my case

a criminal case has been filed against me , the case has not been taken on board by the hon. JMFC COURT .
the court location is far away from my working place and due to work i cant attend the date .

how can i get exemption for remaining absent on date till the case is been taken on board .

please guide .

You can seek exemptions for appearance.If not obliged file in the High Court

It is advisable to consult your lawyer or another local prudent lawyer with relevant records for appreciation of facts, guidance and proceeding.

You can file exemption application and court may allow the application. However for hearing and final order you have to attend the court.

1. Depending on the criminal case, you would be liable for Bail Bond with Surety. Once this is done, for some random dates, your lawyer would be able to move "exemption from appearance" application, with undertaking that you would be present during Trial, ELSE your Bail Bond would be forfeited & you would be arrested. Coordinate with your case lawyer for this, with your personal documents and income tax returns.
