Exit from company

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 16 November 2017 This query is : Resolved 
I am recently joined IT company and deputed to client site in gurugram. I resigned on 30-oct on high working pressure and huge stress and some medical emergency at home. Notice period mentioned in offer is 3 months but verbal discussion HR mentioned 1 month during probation but i have no evidence.
Now company had not paid me salary of Oct month and no idea for current month as well. Tried to contact concerned authorities but no concrete response.
In order to exit ligitimate way, what all option i can do? What if i inform them and discontinue reporting at work? What legal impact on me? Pl advise as i wanted to close this legitimately.

Send official Email to the HR department of your company and mention in clear terms verbal settlement agreed by them with you.
Also clarify the salary due that has not been paid and other issues whose doubts exists in your mind.

While posting such queries employee should post basic information!
What is this establishment; Commercial, Industrial?
What is its nature of business say; IT, ITeS?
How many persons are employed in it?
What is your designation and nature of duties?
How many persons report to you?
Do you have any power to sanction leave/increment/appoint/terminate/appraise etc etc ?
You are in which state? Since how many months you are working? Are you under probation period or your service is confirmed in writing?

Do standing orders (model/certified) apply to establishment and your designation?
What is notice period as per appointment letter/offer letter and what was notice period tendered by you?
Was ever any stinker, memo, show cause notice on any misconduct issued to you?
Does the establishment have its appraisal system? Do you have copy of signed appraisal forms, matrix, KRA’s, performance date? How was your performance?
Are you a member of employee’s/trade unions?
Has the establishment issued/supplied, offer letter, appointment letter, salary slips of all months, PF number and a/c slips of all years, ESIC card, correct FnF statement, Form 16 as per correct FnF statement, acknowledgment and acceptance of notice of resignation/final resignation, acknowledgment of handover of charge, NOC/NDC……………?

Three vague post by Mr. Kumar Doab (unreal name).

Mr. Kumar Doab seems to be a suspected terrorist in his hideout and may perhaps also be a recruiter of software engineers for his terrorist group, as he always asks such a huge personal and company information from software people having dispute with their employers!

If he is not a suspected terrorist, he may be asked to give his full real name, picture and also place of his location in his profile at the LCI before asking for the information about the querist and his employer..

The question was in reply to the query of the querist to alert him from some fake experts, like Mr. Kumar Doab that too, when Mr. Kumar Doab desired huge information of the querist and his employer without any purpose.

But your uncalled for response as of support for Mr. Kumar Doab reveals as if you and Mr. Kumar Doab are one and the same fellow. However, even if you are a different person, the advice is for you also, as you have been observed to be a blind follower of Mr. Kumar Doab and not applying your own brain also even up to 1%, when any observation is aimed at Mr. Kumar Doab.

Better start using your own brain also instead of working with the brain washed by Mr. Kumar Doab. However, if Mr. Kumar Doab and you are one and the same person, you are allowed to write in his support openly, as usual.

Even if you think that Mr. Kumar Doab has called for the information for some specific purpose, you may please intimate the purpose and also clarify, with the help of that information, will Mr. Kumar Doab surely get salary of the querist for Oct. 2017 paid by the employer.
