Leave and license agreement

Need advice on the grounds on which tenants can get an extension of 3-6 months after expiration on leave and license contract

In Maharashtra, only the Licensor can extend the validity of the period of Leave & License document. There is no alternative legal remedy or grounds for the licensee.
