Dear Sir,
Number of employees are 10 who doesn't get the salary from the last 10 months from Oct 2015 to till date. In Jan- 2016 M/s Neosys equipment closed the site office at NTPC Vindhyanagar, after that both the MD and project Manger left the site and from till now they give us only the false promises. They neither giving us salary nor relieving us so that we can join any other company. We also don't get any document related to PF but amount has been deducted from our salary in the name of PF in regular interval.
PLEASE GUIDE US.

Have you written to employer, good offices of appointing authority,MD etc (under proper acknowledgment ) that salary slip of each month and earned wages, PF a/c slips of each year,ESIC card,Form16, group Insurance,Mediclaim etc etc is not provided since month of....................despite unlimited representations and assurances (mention names/dates/brief minutes?
Such conduct renders employer unworthy of being employed with.
Have you tendered resignation citing above reasons and asked to supply acknowledgment/acceptance of resignation, service certificate,relieving letter,NOC/NDC, handover of charge etc and asked to waive off notice period/pay under circumstances?
Has the employer declined for anything/everything in writing?
Is NTPC your principle employer?

Write to company Registered AD letter for your claim.
For PF consult RPFC office, lodge complaint if PF not deposited.
Send resignation letter and search another job.

If PF is applicable and/or employee's contribution to PF has been deducted but not deposited with EPFO it is offence.
Why PF authorities have not acted?
Lodge complaint.
Check if the establishment features in list of defaulters.
Employee's PF shall have preference on other debts.

@kumar Doab Sir,
We did all things in proper manner. We complaint everywhere including dlc, pgportal and epfo but nobody takin action against the employer. My employer not willing to make payment. Our principle employer is M/s Neosys which is pvt ltd company of Maharashtra.
