Modification in Degree title.

Can a University change the Name of any Degree ?

A university woud provide 5 yrs degree of Mechanical Engineering as " Degree in Mechanical Engineering " but recently it is providing as ""5 Years Degree in Mechanical Engineering "

can any University do this on its own decision ??

Plz reply any one with relavant case law / ruling / with mentioning section.

A university is an autonomous body.

However, for appropriate reply, better discuss your real problem, instead of putting examination type academic query.

It is very easy to know. When a title of post is attended, copy and paste it as separate tab and immediately thereafter the name of author shall depict.

Another way is to open the account of the querist and get his history therefrom.
