I am a banker. I want to know about Muslim legal heirship for following . Mr. A has died. A had 2 wives, both deceased now. Mr. A has children from both wives. Who will be the legal heir for Mr A's deposit account in bank? Pls reply.

Does the deceased depositor a/c has valid nomination?

What is personal faith of deceased muslim depositor; Shia ,Sunni?

Banks have well defined policies and documents available to employees.

What is the opinion of your legal cell?

It seems that the author has preferred not the reply the information sought by the experts.

However, you can settle the claim in favor to all legal heirs jointly after receiving joint receipt, indemnity (from all legal heirs and independent person worth the amount) and affidavit that they would distribute it according to personal law apart from other documents prescribed.

Otherwise can ask to bring succession certificate from court.
