marrying with a married person without divorce from first wife is illegal / unethical. She should avoid to include his name as spouse in official records.

where is she working.

you are already well advised in details at

reading linked thread it is seen that she is govt employee.
Sudhir Kumar, Advocate (Expert) 16 May 2016
you asked

"can she give his name as spouse in her office"

she can (already as as per other thread) create evidence against herself.

Sudhir Kumar, Advocate (Expert) 16 May 2016
you asked

"given as spouse not as nominee "

female employee can exclude legally married spouse from nominee. In this case there is no legally tenable marriage as the man had a living spouse.
Sudhir Kumar, Advocate (Expert) 16 May 2016
you asked

"will she face any problem at the time of retirement"

she can face disciplinary action for bigamous marriage any time during service even without formal complaint from aggrieved first wife.
Sudhir Kumar, Advocate (Expert) 16 May 2016
on this thread you have mentioned a new fact

" relationship or married in temple without legal bindings'

what do you me3an by this.

It would amount to adultery by UR partner and liable to be prosecuted leave alone his name in the official record, which would act as a recorded evidence in future legal complications.
