A bank had filed case against accused for fraud of 66 lacs but FIR is for 15 lac chargesheet has been filed . Please tell the what can we do to get confirm bail as accused is in jail since 105 days .also tell what can we do to. End up case.

First apply for Bail since it is more than 90 days bail would be certainly granted in High Court. Then in a Relax Mood discuss in detail with your good expert advocate and seek the possiblities of getting out.
