My grand mother has two children.one of them are my mother and her brother. Recently my mother lost her brother in natural death. He married to my sister only. At all he counted as brother And son in law to my mother as he married to my sister.
Recently we last him. Now cam my claim the property as she is only child remains for her father.
Is my sister can claim for her decades employed husband property.

You could have explained the relation (He married to my sister only. At all he counted as brother And son in law to my mother as he married to my sister. ) in above thread itself.
It is deceived that the deceased was Hindu.
His estate shall devolve upon ClassI legal heirs equally i.e. Mother,spouse,Children.......................
Until or unless marriage is not within prohibited relations and/or VOID/illegal...................the wife is entitled.
If there is a custom to marry in such relationship (the custom may needed to be proved) need to be proved) then marriage may be valid.
