if candidate working in private ltd. company and wants to enroll as an advocate can it be possible

Working person or trader can't be enrolled as an Advocate.

You could either practice as advocate or remain in job of some private Ltd company. However can one be a director (but not MD, ED or CEO etc)

No gainful employment is permitted if you wish to register yourself in the Bar Association for practice as an advocate.

Either to profess/practice law or to join a job, you will have to choose one of them.

No it is not permitted to profess two different professions at a time especially being an advocate cannot be employed other than in the judiciary department.
