i was terminated by management of unaided private school in 2013 and i took stay from court and still on duty.my post is computer clerk. as per stay they can't change my duty. but principal gave me a notice of change my duty place from office to play ground in written. in ground they put a chair in a tube well room and ask me to sit whole day there.they said it is my clerk office. the room is 800 MTR. away from school building in play ground and even there is no facility of drinking water. they do not allow me to enter in school for drinking water . they are harassment me physically and mentally.
what can I do as per law of court or human right commission or CBSE law or education law

issue legal notice for contempt of court against school . file contempt of court proceedings against the school and its principal

If the court ordered for not changing the duties, file contempt of court petition.

better change your job to some other new employer and file harassment FIR thru a police station and if police do not cooperate normally, so lodge a private complaint u/s 158(3) before a judicial magistrate all the facts like the court orders in your case. see the fun but you need to seek employment elsewhere, and file for compensation...

Drinking water, washrooms are to be provided.
Record (audio/visual), keep witnesses.
Become member of various employee's unions affiliated with Trade Unions like ;CITU,INTUC,AITUC,BMS etc...........and let union leaders also file their report.
Call media.
Build irrefutable evidence.
The Principle or management is likely to conclude in inquiry that nothing of that sort happened and if you have irrefutable evidence then you can establish the inquiry was sham,eyewash........
Then it is Principle that shall be a doorman......
Keep your composer,remain amiable but firm.
The labor Officials can also be called to write a report.

Agree with experts, prepare/create evidences and file contempt of court petition before the same court for willful disobedience of orders.
