  • Rajesh Upadhyay says : 1/6th of Reliever Charges
    Sir, In a contract, I have to provide 40 Guards. I have not been able to do that and am limited to 15-35 guards from time to time. The work order and the DGR wage sheet stipulated that I am authorised for reliever charges. Now the PE is not giving me the reliever charges on the pretext that the relievers were not provided but I had ensured that all the guards were rotated so as to get a weekly off and the manning was done on the days. Would I be authorised for the 1/6th reliever charges?
