Sir,

First of all i wud like to thank you for your response. some more questions arise in my mind which need your help please.

1) Is there any law or act which clarifies this. Any Judgement ?.
2) Will this benefit change if girl or girl family changes its religion (like from hindu to christian)
3) Will these benefits will be enjoyed by children of this girl?

Can Sushil Kumar ' children get reservation he married Brahmin lady of Maharashtra ,if reservation is given where is sanctity of SC/ST?
u can't fool people in the guise of SC/ST/OBC//BC..shahani case is still case contempt if art 142 is applied,soon no statute can be sacrosanct
