Dear sir
I have take a cash credit loan from vijaya bank. I have take loan under ssi scheme. and mse scheme. it is a CGTMSE loan.
I have supplied goods to all shop.and i have got invoice and delivery Callahan.
Sir i am getting calls from banker to repay. the say that they will file police complaint and civil suits and DRT cases against my firm. and they say they will arrest me. What they can do sir police complaint or DRT or Civil Case.
Can i file case based on invoice and delivery Callahan.to claim they amount from my customer.

Must have been adequately answered by now.
Seems to be a case of NPA and the banker contemplates to repossess the secured assets if any under Securitisation Act for recovery of outstanding dues.
Very often this situation arises in MSME sector due improper financial grounding of our entreprenuers.The Working capital assesssment made by banks are made in a half hazard manner at the sanction stage and proper periodic monitoring by Field officers is also absent. In this case the entreprenuer has to come up with a workable proposal for repayment of the outstanding dues within a reasonable period. The matter can be placed before LOK Adalat for recovery of bank dues pending proceeding before DRT.
