There are so many dots in your name as well in the query. What are the unstated facts?

If the court does not put nay restrictions on its sale, your inlaws can sell the house.

Yes they can sell till there is any stay from court in this regard.

As per you, the court has passed an order for residential rights in your matrimonial home, if they sell this house, your husband is liable to provide you with proper alternate residence as per court order. Alternately, based on the court order, you may obtain an injunction order against them from selling it away.

You cannot stop them to sell their property. If you have the order to live in the matrimonial house, you will have to live wherever they live, as your matrimonial house, even after selling their house.

But, to be frank, from description of most of your queries, it reveals as if you are trying to get your academic queries solved through experts, as a student, or if you really have such cases of your own, you seem to be proving as a tyrant to your husband and in-laws, when your husband is not opening even his shop for the last several days, seemingly out of your fear, as can be seen from your query at the following link:

If the instances quoted by you are true, in my views, you have to review your own attitude and behaviour towards them.
