Surrender driving license

Hello Experts,

My query is around surrendering my current driving license on the grounds of fake supporting documents.
At the time of applying for a new license, I was under age so I faked the document related to my DOB. I know it was a crime I committed then but that was during my childhood. I have been wanting to surrender this license for a long time but I never got to know the correct procedure for that or even if it is possible.
Can anyone here please advice me how should I proceed? I want to surrender this one, or get my actual DOB on the license by submitting the real document.

Let bygones be bygones. While in youth one may commit many mistakes. It is sufficient that you have realized the mistake; there is no need to make a virtue of it.
Try to take out a fresh licence as you are a major by this time.
