Some people give citations whether relevant or not so another class of queries come asking for citations.
Most of the citations are applicable in particular situations and hence can not be applied as a rule to all others.
Accused have many many avenues to come out since there law is not perfect and so many loopholes to easily come out.

Refer to drawer means insufficient funds hence the same attracts the provisions of 138 NI Act.

Refer to drawer means insufficient fund generally but does it mean drawer has no fund and no other meaning?
It has some other meaning also..
