Whether Sec. 482 CRPC petition should be accompanied by affidavit ?
And whether it can be filed directly by the petitioner himself or he must engage a lawyer compulsorily ?

Dear Querist
affidavit is mandatory with quashing petition . if the person who wants to file a quashing petition think that he is capable to handle the matter before high court himself then no need to engage any advocate, he can fight his case himself.
