I appeared in MBBS final year exam in my two left over papers in March . In the result declared I could not pass with shortage of 13 marks in one subject and 8 marks in another

I had done well in the exams and was not expecting this bad result. I retrieved PDF of my answer sheets from the university and got it checked from a teacher who is also a Doctor ( MD) and takes online classes and as per that teacher I am comfortably passing and the marks as per her assessment are far higher than the passing marks required. In her opinion there can be difference of max 3-4 marks between two checkers but cannot be this wide margin & she has given me her analysis of marks in writing.

Basis her report I have challenged my marks for re evaluation.

I fear that though university will do re evaluation but may not act fair with me so as to protect their own teachers

Kindly advise what remedy do I have legally if I am not satisfied with re evaluation

Can I approach court with my online teachers assessment.

Your online teacher is not an authority.
She can give her own opinion.
There is no reason for the university to be bound by an opinion from an irrelevant person.
The university will follow its own rules and regulations in this aspect.
If you are aggrieved by the decision of the university then you can approach appropriate forum to get your grievances redressed.
Your online teacher will not cooperate with you in case you are dragging her to the legal forum to give evidence in your favor or to render her opinion on this subject.
She cannot do so because she is not empowered by any authority to render any such opinion.
Don't complicate things which may become the cause to ruin your career or future.

Don't think unnecessarily as she is not an authority and think about your future by wasting on all these pretty things.

I have filed a challenge with concerned University itself as there is a process of challenging the initial answer sheets checked by original examiner.

In challenge another 2 examiners will check it after hiding previous marks & the average marks given by these two examiners will be awarded.

The information what you have provided in your subsequent post is a routine and legal procedure adopted when the candidate is apply for reevaluation, there is nothing new in it.
Your initial question is that you want to challenge the valuation of your papers on the basis of a reevaluation done by a Doctor who is conducting online classes. The said online teacher is neither a staff entrusted with the job of evaluating the papers nor is a part of the authority meant for it.
The procedure for reevaluation by the university in this regard is world wide known fact hence there is nothing new about it here, you wait for their report.
