Title of the property through rectification deed

I purchased a 30*40 site in Bangalore, Karnataka from a private layout in 2008 April, bearing site no.31
After few months I came to know that the same site the owner has registered to some other person in 2004 February.
After pursuing with the Owner of land, he said he will make arrangement for a rectification deed for a site which is vacant and the same was done for site no.33 with some intentional typing mistake in the boundaries( This is done, as there is no provision to correct more than 3 mistakes in sub registrar office as per law.) in 2009 July.
Finally with correct boundaries again the rectification deed done for the site no.33 with all correct boundaries (check bandy)in 2010 March.
Now recently I checked EC for both site 31 and 33, and found that,
Site.31 EC still my name is present and the rectification is not mentioned.
Site.33 EC, my name is present indicating the two rectification deed details and number, date etc.
Now I am not clear that whether I hold the clear title for site no.33 or not legally.
please clarify and help me.

Wow it seems all experts in this forum are in hurry. I am sorry to say this after seeing the above comments.
Mr. Devajyoti Barman ji, as per my knowledge I have not posting repeated query, this is my first query on this forum, and that is why I asked you to give me the link if it is repeated. And again you are telling me to check it as it is done my me, In the very beginning it is you who said that" Repeated query.." and the rest followed without checking it or verifying.
And Mr. raj kumar makkad ji , is telling me that I have posted and forgotten the querry without checking, can you please tell me, when I have posted it and forgotten?
please help me if possible, otherwise leave the querry open at least for others to give valuable suggestions.

The site 31 was already registered in the name of some other person, your registration being of some later date, you can not have a better title.So better forget it. In the case of site no. 33, you should thoroughly check the record at registrar office regarding repeat of such mistake. You should confirm regarding mutation in the Books of concerned departments is entered in your favour. In case the position regarding title is not clear, get a decree from court in your favour with the help of a local lawyer.

Thank you Rajendra kumar Goyalji, Few days back I have taken Encumerence Certificate for site no. 33 and in that it my name is reflected through two rectification deeds, is that sufficient to claim as a clear title?, please clarify. And regarding site no.31 I don't want to give trouble to that person.

You have no claim on 31 so you can not trouble him even if you want.After rectifications your title is perfect
about 33.get your name mutated before the revenue/municipal/or other local authorities
as the case may be.
