I have civil maintenance case which is been going on for years , i have filed for child visitation in this case itself but the opposite side have challenged that I should approach through guardian act or Hindu Minority and Guardianship Act, 1956 but not in this maintenance case which is filed under Hindu Adoptions and Maintenance Act (1956)
My query is can my visitation be denied on this sole reason. Can i not file child visitation in Hindu Adoptions and Maintenance Act (1956) which is for maintenance of child and wife

You can file custody of the case under Guardian and Wards Act at any point of time.

Wht query i have asked and wht response i get, is this expert advice. Sorry, feels lawyers dont read and answer.
My question was can i not get visitation right under Hindu Adoptions and Maintenance Act and what i get answer is file custody case.

somewhere, i have read that, S, 151 CPC has wide inherent powers of the Court in absence of correct Section applied to dispose off relevant matter.
Can this section be used in getting visitation of child under Hindu Adoptions and Maintenance Act ?
