Ia hearing

(Querist) 11 April 2012 This query is : Resolved
I am a defendant in a civil case. Plantiff had filed an IA. The hearing is complete six months ago and has come for ordering. Judge hasn't given the order(conclusion/judgement) and has been giving new date everytime. What are my options? My lawyer has been requesting the judge. But,not going anywhere.

Thanks in advance.

It is in your interest to file a written argument and keep quite thereafter. You should wait for the outcome. court is bound to decide the case sooner or later.

you are the defendant in the case . the plaintiff should be worried that no order is passed for 6 months after arguments are completed . the more case is delayed better for defendant

you file an application to pass an order on IA as early as possible.

u being defendant, why should you hurry?? or worry abt delay?
Let court take it's own time, if it do not harm you. U did not disclose IA content

You are the defendant. It is the palintiff's headache. Just wait and watch.

If repeated requests does not yield any result then lodge complaint before the Registrar of the High Court.
