Hello everyone I just want to know that if i want to stay with my girlfriend in a hotel then is it ok??? we both are 20 but our parents doesnot know that we are staying together. If there is any police raid then how can we get out of that situation please help me. is it legal??

Better avoid, if police raid is there, even if you are not guilty, you would be going through a lot of ordeal.

In addition to what Mr Sainath Devalla has sated I would add that the you cannot expect the language of police men and women, use with you, with her and parents of both of you, to be very polite and non-vulgar during the process.
Is your girlfriend ready to take risk of being huddled with prostitutes for one day and next day with hardened criminals and to be released on bail when parents come and you also released by your parents and then she be acquitted only if court believes your evidence. Your abode may also be with the rapist, sodomists, pickpockets etc who will be your guides and mantors in jail.
Even if acquitted both of you will have near zero matrimonial value. She is any case is going to refuse to have any relation with you.
Are you aware the money involved which both of your parents will spend in getting you out of jail.
Do your parents really deserve this humiliation. Then go ahead.

Anyway, it would be better for you to buy a copy of the Act from any law book seller and learn about that yourself. Otherwise, if you are caught with your girl friend in a hotel your personal experience with the police action can make you learn about that. Not only that, yours as well as girl's parents would also be able to learn about that when they feel ashamed of both of you letting them down before their relatives, friends and neighbours.
