Case status query

manmohan (Querist) 19 December 2011 This query is : Resolved
Mycase status is showing Admitted (unready)
and stage is Final Hearing (High on Board).
For the last one year my this case is not appearing on board. Kindly guide me what I have to do so that the case may be put on board for hearing.

due to heavy pendency of cases your final hearing matter hasent appeared on baord . find out from your lawyer which year fial hearing cases are going on . you will get a rough idea when your case will be disposed of

It shall be better for moving an application for early hearing, if you have some urgent need to get it decided.
