Adminstrator's appraisal of experts ?????

This is my open appeal to administrator that
he may kindly here now show my name in the bottom of the list and not at number three.
He may kindly choose some other way of appraisal of experts so that the unhealthy rivalry development among experts may be avoided.
My request about me is whole heartily and not any outrage or out of any reaction.
I promise to serve the site to the best of my capacities till I breath.
My name from features members list may kindly also be withdrawn.

What happened Mr. Singh?
If somebody said something absurd to you then please mention....you were doing a fine job.
If some change is to be introduced in the appraisal system or in the scoring system then the same shall apply to all, why for you only?
I believe everyone is contributing here as per the convenience, all depends upon the time available with a person to spend on this website....and those who are consistent must get rewarded....hope I could spare some more time from court work for this portal :P

dear Prabhakar,
You seems to be offended by some remarks by someone.
at a time when people do not keep their decency in live social gatherings,we cannot expect the same,herein a virtual forum.
with regarding to the point systems/appraisal,administrators should consider some modification so as to encourage the real contributors.

Mr.Singh,
You are a senior person. Dont take emotional decisions.
Many of us appreciate your knowledge and your interest in sharing with others.
At the same time you have to agree the point,
no body can be good for every body.
Some comments on you will be pleasing, some comments will be unpleasant.
As a senior, you should treat everything at par.
Do your duty. Forget about the comments, of course forget about the points.

I also share similar views as of all experts expressed above. I strongly request Administrator to scrap this system of Appraisal. Initially, it might have been one of the ways to popularise this portal but one we have crossed the limit of 1,45,000 members, there is no need to retain initial necessity. Admin should now evolve a new policy reviewing past experience and at least should scrap down immediately the system of appraisal. The no. of replies is one aspect but the quality of replies is more important which is being ignored completely by this system of points so keeping in view unanimity of experts on this issue, Admin is requested to please take this matter urgently so that no occasion may arise when Senior Experts like Prabhkar Singh should have a need to start such type of thread

Dear Brothers!
YOUR WISH IS A COMMAND FOR ME.
Otherwise also it was not so easy for me to loose the precious company of you all that i luckily got and have been trying my best to live with all.
That is why i promised even hon'ble administrator to serve this site till breath.I call him hon'able because i feel people more strong who have not only ideas but courage to give others opportunities to participate in.
My birth on this planet [portal] is purely accidental result of aimless browsing.
But my stay for last 06 months here is not
accidental.It is my selfishness.And That is
that gradually company of you all has become my necessity of life.I have been continuously getting rich in my knowledge.
"Be inquisitive always"was the only GURU MANTRA my senior could give and he died then i was simply a month old baby and have sailed all my life with this tip of my senior.I was lucky to have opportunity to join such an acknowledged stall ward of his time.
I take this thread as a personal meeting to gather where from we look to each other in a little more closer way.Your company has definitely changed my several perceptions.I admire your courage and the risks that you take and the willingness to give me so much love.
I also take it as an opportunity to celebrate it as a thanking day which is celebrated in different parts of the glob between OCT to NOV.
