i am consumer?

I am whole sale distributor of medicines. I sent one courier containing some medicines to retailer but that courier was never reached to retailer. Can I filed complaint before consumer court (If yes, please cited some judgments) or I go to the civil courts for recovery of damages.

Dear Sharma,

You are a consumer in relation with the courier company, you have the option to approach the consumer court or file a civil suit to claim damages.

Yes. You can move against Courier Company before Consumer Court.
