Land sale without my sign and photograph and replace other person photograph and signature

Sir,

thanks 4 ur advice but where should i file the complaint i live in vijayawada city and my brother live in guntur city and the land belongs to yerragondapaelm village and the land buyer belongs to vijayawada city.
so please tell me where to file the complaint.

First of all file a FIR against registrar of document and all relevent parties. secondly follow the investigating officer and help him to investigation, thirdly file a civil suit for cancellation this deed.

if land was illegally sold to third parties illegally without your knowledege and you have come to know abour it recently file police complaint for forgery , cheating .

alos file a civil suit . consult a local lawyer
