Respected Sir,
Can anyone give me a Format of application form for registration of a CHARITABLE TRUST in Andhra Pradesh or a general application form for registration of Charitable trust.
Please help me out its urgent!!!!!

Actually i need the application format that would be valid for the state of Andhra Pradesh, as per the format provided by you it includes the words related to Bombay Trusts Act,
So, please provide me the format in general if any

i dont have for AP .go tot he charity commissioner officer in your state and request for the form

No separate format is required. Only simple covering note mentioning the desire and the list of enclosures is required to be mentioned therein.
