plot sale agreement

sir i purchase a bunglow from builder om sai developer by paying booking amount 3 lac but he is not doing any sale agreement even so many people purchase but neither he is denying nor doing he has not fulfilling his duty we all are fed up with his attitude as he thinks himself above law , sir what we do please help us. what happen to our dream house

You might have some docuemnts relating to the house . what are they ? if any such agreement has been done like an agreemeent of sale or any other thing lets us know. you can file a case for specific performance.

If you have got any proof of payment then issue notice to execute the agreement of sale or regd., sale deed, if he failed then file a consumer case or specific performance case.

in case he has duped number of persons try to contact those persons and together go to police station to file complaint against builder for cheating .

in addition you have remedy under consumer protection act wherein you cna file complaint against builder for deficiency of service

in the alternative as advised by other experts you cn afile suit for speciifc performance
