No need to remove such seal. You can present the cheque again at Jind and file the cheque bouncn case once it is dishonoured again.

Till six months of the validity of cheque, you can present for payment several times in different banks. If it is bounced, you can file cheque bounce case as per the 138 NI Act.

I agree. The cheque can be presented for any number of times within 6 months. no need for canceling the seal of the previous bankers.

Dear Ms. Rakhi,
This is yet another incidence where you are openly soliciting.
When every one is answering the queries in this Forum, why are you asking people to call you on your mobile. Please remember this Forum is not for you to openly solicit.
Please stop this practice with immediate effect.

With due respect,as per my opinion, there is nothing wrong in mentioning mobile no. or to solve the legal problems of needy persons via mobile conversations bcoz there is no any such restrictions (as i think)at this platform of lawyers and general public, but we have to kept always in our mind that this is not a place where we can advertise our profession openly,if so permitted than whole purpose of this club will be frustrated.I have got so many lawyer friends through this club, we exchange our mobile nos. and now we are always in touch with each other,Thanx Vinod Bansal Advocate Jind

Dear Sir,
How can u say that m soliciting here. For ur kind information and knowledge I want to tell u that m working with 6-7 NGOs in Delhi and help the needy people Free of cost. M used to provide legal consultancy free of cost. So many clients/visitors are used to consult either on phone or in person. I've never charged even a single. I think u must consider b4 stating any word to any one! Thanx for ur kind consideration. I think if u r working like that then u r thinking like that about others.

Madam even free of cost still no need inviting people by giving cell nos.

Other gentalmen Sawant was giving email IDs and cell nos and just advising heven to every other querry. And other people shouting in other section that he is not responding after taking money.

Irrespective of your nobility pl keep and maintain status which others are doing.

The LCI is one of the India's best Legal Advise platform like ocean with devil's advocates answering the queries of every one without knowing the family status, caste and religion and anyone trying to help people personally its welcome but dont publish your number and or mail i.d it looks cheap and if any one want a cheap popularity there r lots of place to publish it. you are expert here to give your best opinion and not here to publish your banner.
