125 crpc, 12 & 18 to 22 DV etc.

Sir,
Kindly help and guide me to fight against false case, as lady registered the case in crpc 125, 12 & 18 to 22 against DV & maintenance etc. against me & my family. Sir, wife & her father thretening & demanding rs 15 lacs & blackmailing on daily basis, we try our level best to resolve this problem, & never want to break this relationship, but wife & her father is adament to break this marriage and demanding huge amount and also hide the real facts becoz girl having ????. They also not hear and try to do this matter lenghly. Kindly help me what to do in this subject.

If she is not willing to be with you,you have to fight the case only. No other option.

Sir, thank you for reply, sir kindly guide me about the meaning of section 12 and 18 to 22 etc. and what type of lawyer should be opt in this case and mediatation centre section 9 etc will be helpfull or not in this case.

I suggest you to engage a competent civil lawyer of your area and consult your entire case with him. Section 125 Cr. P. C. is filed seeking maintenance allowance which is her legal right, if you admit marriage with her and if she is unable to maintain herself out of her own income. Section 12 DV Act is a provision under which an application can be filed before area magistrate seeking initiation of action under sections 18 to 22 of the same act which include maintenance, monetary compensation, right to live in house etc.
