Respected sir,
My son is paying the maintenance of his son
and court order on 27/3/2008 kfor the maintenaqnce for his son as well as his wife to bring the child on the date of hearing in the Hon'ble court. She opnly brouyght the child in the court twice and there after more then a year passed, she is not atall coming the court to attend the proceeding. In Dec.08, my son filed a
case for the custody of his son and also for his visitation rights till the case is finallised. But during last three hearings , she has not even submitted the reply of our petition, as she failed to join the court.
Kindly advice me, what further action can be done, as I want my son to clebrate his birthday at my place at least this year.He is hardly seven yrs old.

Hi! I get a matter in which a Man meet a girl on Net & then marry in Arya Samaj Mandir, Delhi. The girl has submitted fake documents & identity at the time of marriage and now leave her husband & filed a Case in Faridabad Courts but now she is not appearing the Courts & Judge only give dates not considered the dispute. THe Boy is ready to take the girl but not for giving her maintenance

A MUSLIM MEN DIED LEAVING MOTHER, WIFE AND CHILDREN.
AS PER ISLAMIC SHARIA LAW MOTHER IS ENTITLED FOR 1/6TH OF DECEASED SON'S PROPERTY. IT IS WELL KNOWN.
NOW THE MOTHER IS WILLING TO GIVE SETTLEMENT OF HER 1/6TH UNDIVIDED PORTION TO HER OWN DAUGHTERS THROUGH REGISTRATION OF PROPER DOCUMENTS. BECAUSE, SHE DO NOT KNOW WHEN HER DECEASED SON'S PROPERTY WILL BE PARTITIONED OR DISTRIBUTED.
IS THIS VALID? PLEASE ADVISE.

I purchased a house in 2006, where i am the sole owner and my dad and brother supported as co-applicant. i got married in 2007 and my wife is not accepted by my parents there was no beating or violence but my mother, father and brother both have mentally harassed her a lot. keeping that in mind i moved out of my house on loan along with my wife. but they are still staying in the same house and forcibly paying the installments directly to the bank for the loan, as i wanted to release the property i stopped the loan repayment so that they move out of the house. They are hellbent on not leaving my house and now forcing me to sign a gift of deed and hand over the property to my father. i am not ready to do that. Also they have always been threatening my wife that she has no ownership in the house and its my fathers property so on and so forth. because they supported me or stood security for me. Please help cause i dont want to lose my house nor do i want to hurt my wife and parents. But they are such stubborn that they are not ready for any compromise either.

we are a Sunni hanafi family.
My grandmother is getting her share of ancestral property from her mother,
She is getting this property from her mother side for which her mother had fought a suite which has been decreed and as per decree she got 1/17th share,and the suite is still pending in final decree proceedings.
My question
we are a sunni hanafi family.
My grandmother wants to reserve a portion of property which she will be getting to her share to my name. since it is an ancestral property and she has two male male children of her own, can she reserve a portion for her grandson through will or by an other means like giving general power of attorney etc
Please advice how to proceed.

Registration of FIR under DP3
Respected sir,
I have filed a case in the court under 156(3) for registering FIR in the sdaid matter on 1/10/2008. On the same day hon'ble court plead to pass the direction SHO to submit the ATR wheather FIR is registered or not. After lot of excuses the ATR was submitted by IO on 31/10/08 and kept for consderation and after the argument on the said matter twice, the hon'ble court satisfied and told me that on 10.2.09 , the order will be passed for registering FIR. but next day i came to know that ATR submiitted by the IO was incomplete and Hon'ble agin order to submit the ATR and IO is to be present in person on 16/4/2009 with ATR.
IO did not comply the direction of the court more then five times even after the four summoned were issued to him.
I prayed the hon'ble court about his absence too. IO is in tentionally not attending the court. Kindly suggest what further action should i take.
