hi members
i want to know that whatever shiv sena or mns is doing in maharashtra is it legal.
does it is the right of the political leaders of state to decide whowill come in the state and who will not?
or do they have the power to control the people's right to speek who are living in their state ?
I am sorry if I hurt anyone feeling but i strongly want to know that why police or any other authority does not take action against them.
or if they had the right than kindly provide me the details

we have a business as sole propeitorship the owner of which is mr. A and he has formed a pvt company with his friend to do the same business now what procedure should we follow to acquire the business of sole propeitorship which would attract less formalities and tax

mr. a is the common director in x pvt. ltd. and y pvt. ltd
x pvt ltd took loan from bank and a and b other director of x give personal gurantee but now x wants to execute an agreement with c and f , other directors of y that they will share liability with him
please advice as which agreement is to be executed and anything important regarding this

hi plz tell me about that how can I apply for pan card of a company which was incorporated in 1991
the problem is that pan has been applied earlier but we are unable to find any details of that
and another problem is that the registered office has not been the same thats why we want that pan card to be despatched at our corporate office. so what address proove to be submitted for that as certificate of incorporation does not contain address of the r.o.

Can anyone please tell where to file form "T" for recovery of Gratuity in delhi. Please assist me in finding the appropriate office of Assisstant Labour commissioner of delhi as I m confused about their jurisdiction.
