can we file complaint u/s 420 against the person who issued cheque and same was dishonourd due to reason "signature differ" along with complaint u/s 138 of NI ACT.

a person is in govt service now he want to change his name. his name in official record is ravi kumar now he want to attache his sir name sharma. is it possible if yes what's the procedure?. if there is any legal provison plz explain.

Complaint u/s 138 is pending against the accused.court declared po to the accused. now can complainant go for attachement of movable property of the accused? if yes under which provision.can we attache movable property or not.

Rent agreement(attested by notory) was executed between the parties for 2 years. But name of the witneses are not mentioned in the agreement even signatures/initial are not present there. Is it valid agreement.

customer issued 6 cheques to the non banking financial corp, but all cheques were dishonoured due to reason insufficient funds. there are different memo reciepts along with each cheque. can we use 6 cheques in a single complaint u/s 138.

customer issued cheque of Rs 100000 to bank official but same was dishonourd due to reason "Refer to Drawer".
Can we file complaint u/s 138 against the cusotmer. Plz refer sny latest judgement.
What's the meaning of Refer to Drawer.

customer filed suit for permanent injunction for restraining the defendents not to repossed the vehicle forcibally and illegally. company filed section 8 application of arbitration act before the court for transfering the dispute between them to the arbitrator because there are arbitration clause in the loan agreement. court dismissed the application. can company go for revision to HIGH COURT Is it maintable.

if magistrate issued NBW against the accused against whom complaint u/s 138 is pending in the court. can a police officer arrest him and detained him under custoday for 24 hours. if yes under which section of crpc.

if borrower having only one residintial flat and he is living with his faimily in this flat but there is not any HP agreemet with the bank. can bank/nbfc attach the house of the borrower after getting arbitration award if he is insolvent?
if no plz mentione latest authority regarding this matter.
