Fir booked 448, & 427

Dear Legal Counsel Members & Experts :

If a defendant gave complain in PS, police booked FIR under section 448 & 427, police served 41 crpc notice given, police requested to submit the documents of plaintiff.

How ever the plaintiff have court orders dated 01.09.2023 to demolish the compound wall by defendant. Plaintiff received court decree , waited for 6 months (from 1 sept 2023), no action taken by GHMC though the plaintiff gave written complain on defendant, now plaintiff dismantled the compound wall at 7:00 pm in the evening.

My question is : what are the consequence on plaintiff, as police booked FIR under section 448 & 427.
2) what might be the procedure or process further.
3) How soon it might take to get resolved this issue

Dear sir :

Judgement pronouced on 1 sept 2023 & condone delay petition.

Dear Sir : There was wall constructed by neighbor by occupying 3 feet , i approached court dated 1 Jan 2022, after couple of hearing i present myself at Hyderabad city civil court and judgement was announced in my favor, and by showing the court orders requested GHMC to dismantle the wall dated 12 December 2023, instead GHMC Officials gave information to my defendant about the court order. however the judgement instructed defendant to dismantle the wall, he was not present at court for 2 years. Now after the case got forfeited (from 1st Sept 2023 - 90 days) defendant is filing a written statement and also condone the delay in presenting the petition filed for setting aside in the interest of justice. His intention is clear to drag the case, however he was least bothered to attend the court case, now taking action to waste court time & plaintiff time. Case : Defendant land showing as 142 yards in the registration document, however his property documents measurement show is 143.5 (L X B), so court gave orders to dismantle the wall and defendant only should dismantle the wall, not to disturb the peace of Plaintiff and not to construct the wall in front of Plaintiff house. my question is 1. How much time does it take again for further process 2. Will the court again open the case 3. Request for valuable suggestion for How to proceed further. 4. what might be the next step from plaintiff. The Honble court upon hearing the matter has instructed to take out notice to respondent / plantiff and file proof of service and posted the matter to 30 Jan 2024. Myself Received notice dated 24 Jan 2024.

Agriculture land issue 2024, sale deed

I had purchased a agriculture land of 2.5 acres in Nagdhar village, Narayankhed, Sangareddy district, Hyderabad, Telangana State dated 6th May 2023.

Vittal Rao sold land (Sale Deed -1st Party) to Mr. Chavan Sagar.(Second buyer -4th April 2023)
Chavan Sagar sold agriculture land to Sai Prasad (3rd Party) .dated (6th May 2023)

Mr. Vittal Rao(1st party) not allowing me to enter into my land, instead threatening with my life, i have all call recording of Vittal Rao. Chavan Sagar is not responding to calls nor sms or whats' up message. ? who's name should i file the case ? When police called for the initial discuss they replied to head constable that it is a civil matter why are you interfering in civil matter

How should i processed further, if i had to file a case on who's name should i raise complain or injunction or ejection order to be raised, how much time does it take to get resolve this matter in the court.

Request to share gpa agreement

Dear Sir :

I wish to give my land (Hyderabad, Serilingampally Mandal, Gachibowli) for development with a builder (pvt ltd company) , kindly request any one who can share us a strong DGPA agreement favoring the Vendor (owner of the land), if there any delays in the construction after 4 years ( 2024 ), they are saying 15 floors ( A, B C, D, E blocks ) construction company should pay rent if it is getting delayed.

Kindly request for Strong Agreement.

Property issue

Father name Shivaiah (Family consists of : 2 sons (Narasimha & Janardhan) & 3 Daughters (2 of them expired). myself prasad from hyderabad purchased land in the year Nov 2013 from Narasimha which was registered in 2000 year (Sale Deed) which was in his name saying purchased through CASH, as witness second son mr. Janardhan has also signed. land measurement : 14 Guntas (1700 yards) Problem hear : Narasimha elder sister approached through a agent (broker) saying that i have a share in the land which belongs to her great grand father, she shall approach court saying shall file case against me(prasad-purchaser), however the land is in the name of his brother Narasimha not on his Father name (Shivaiah). How to processed further please suggest me. Best regards, Prasad

Rental deed - tenant promised will vacate shop

Dear Sir / Madam

I asked my tenant to vacate my shop, refused and said rudely need time of two years from April 2019.

Would it be possible to share a strong rental agreement for 11 months from 1 april 2019 to Feb 2019.

Example :
Rental Agreement should i notarize or register to keep strong so that he should vacate after two years Feb 2020.
