property selling

i m selling my property which is in litigation on AS IS WHERE IS BASIS,purchaser telling me that a case which is in killa court mumbai should handle by me.he is agree to pay compansation if any.actully my devloper was came in agreement with me and he taken some amount from 8 people,i also signed that doccument but he ran away with incomplete building,now he is no motre and property is captured by third person.so now we 5 person are accused .so wt i should write in agreement for my safety.actully that devloper also not paid my amount for which i was made agreement with him.

without having the clear tittle you cannot sell the property.

I think you are owner of one of the flats in the society so you can obtain duplicate/certified copies of your title deed from the office where it was registered and can very well sale the flat. The criminal case shall otherwise also be faced by you and purchaser has no relation thereto. If there is no civil suit pending wherein any stay order qua the change of ownership is prevalent on the property mentioned then you are free to dispose off this property at your own free will and wishes.

dear sirs,
my maid living in vileparle,in a slum which is in best locality.owner of same was purchased said property in 1987 & ragistered same but he not performed convence deed.now in 2007 old owner again sold land to other party & transfered convence to him.now in fight of 3 owner slum dwellers are stucked.no one want to compromise.so can we go to MHADA diectly for devlopement of same under sra or what is the other way to get rid of this situation.this is a one of the prime location in vileparle east ,mumbai.now we want solution withought concern of all owners,all members are ready for a safe & better way.
