Blocking emails by managing committee

Can a committee block email communication of a member marking a copy to other flat owners as per Maharashtra Co-operative Housing society rules and regulations? Is it not unethic?

Dear Anonymous,
It all depends on society resolution. You can approach the co-operative registrar if you feel aggrieved of society's act.

Ji, follow the byelaws of your society. If there is such term/condition, they can. However complaint to the Deputy Cooperative Registrar of your district.

Why your email has been blocked by Managing Committee? It can not be presumed.
It is not a dispute for consideration and obligation by experts on this platform, it is sheer abuse of this site and LCI Admin should have considered before seeking opinion of respondents.
