Witness to motd

Purchasing a property through Loan from Bank. For MOTD Bank is insisting that the witnesses should be blood relatives only. I am alone here and none of my relatives are available. Is there any other remedy? Thanks in Advance

It is bank's terms and condition which bank can decide while sanctioning and disbursing the loan. It is upto you to decide whether to avail loan from bank or not. You cannot compel bank but you can negotiate.

Dear queriest, any document after its execution requires two witnesses which is compulsory, otherwise it is not valid. But no where it requires relative's witness. usually no Bank ask the family members/relatives' witness for Mortgage of Deposit of Title Deed (MODT). I never heard it. from which you are taking loan and where is it located?
