Hi
I want to marry Muslim girl, but they insist I need to convert to Muslim legally for marriage.
Please let me know the process of converting and what are the legal procedure

If you can make someone Muslim this holy action worth more than of everything the sun shines on it
1. Learn about the teachings of Islam and pass them on to that person in the best possible manner. (discuss with them in a logical, polite and calm manner)
2. Show the values of Islam through your good conduct and deportment.
3. People’s mentality is different and hence require different approaches; some are more emotional and some more rational – try and use the approach suited to the personality of the person you are talking to.
4.if you don't know anything about particular subject just say I DON'T KNOW and guide him to A scholar with experience and knowledge.
5. Share the words of wisdom and narrations from the Ahlul Bayt (Progeny of the Holy Prophet), especially their supplications; eg. Dua Kumayl as narrated by Imam Ali (as), Dua Iftitah by Imam Mahdi (atfs), Dua Arafah by Imam Husain (as), Dua Abu Hamza Thumali by Imam Zainul Abideen (as).If people knew the virtues of our words Follow Us) (فلو ان الناس علموا محاسن كلامنا لاتبعونا
6. Take them to a learned scholar who knows how to present Islam to them and answer any doubts they may have.
7. Be pious and honest in our life style so that they see the practical examples of being a Muslim (actions speak louder than words).
8. Pray to Allah (SWT) to guide that person to the Right Path.

why she cant be converted to Hinduism. Forget it no one is needed To be converted just get your marriage registered under Special marriage act. If tour would be is not ready just discard her/him for the sake of future peace in your life.

Visit nearest mosque and ask the religious scholars...
Special Marriage Act provides for interfaith marriages without conversion...
