498a quashing

Dear learned members,
I filed 498a against my husband and his parents for harassing me physically and mentally, now we both are reaching an understanding. For this case to end will filling quashing be better option or turning hostile is the right option? Please help me with my query.

Filling quashing is best option as turning hostile can be taken as giving wrong information about the act/offence to public authority/police which is punishable offence by itself u/s 203 IPC.

Thanks sir,If the accused is filing for quashing, does he have to admit all the accusations made by me are true? Please tell What does a quashing mean?

What is the stage of the case u/s 498A IPC? Whether charge sheet has been filed by IO in trial court?
Why do you need second opinion when you have already engaged an able, competent and intelligent enough local lawyer? Have faith in him/her and proceed as guided.
