How to get back into govt job after suspended

Hi All,
I was working in irrigation department which is state govt job.
I have arrested in ACB trap.And I have been suspended from the service.

Could you please let me know how long will it take to get back into my job?
Please help me how to proceed to get the job ASAP.

Kiran you are a govt.employee(now u/s). why disclose your identity? However either disciplinary charges framed or not, after completin of 2 years from the date of suspension, generally govt. employees will be reinstated into service.

After disciplinary proceedings are ended inq2 years most likely you may emerge with clean chit. As said above by MR.KavakSatyanarayana mostly in Govt service disciplinary -proceedings will be dropped whether charges are framed or not and they end in reinstatement within 2 years from date of suspension. after about 2 years.
