How a proclaimed offender renew his pasport

Hi,I HV given my house on rent in ambala haryana,but tenant try to capture it.i foughtcase in Court and won the case.now he filled a false criminal case against me and my father that we have beaten him, as I am living in Mumbai and my father in ambala court order summon for me and my father,as I am working in merchant navy and lives in Mumbai for last 5 yrs .My father afraid of my job in merchant navy. He never tell me about this case now court has issue proclaimed offender against me.now I HV to renew my passport for my job in merchant navy,just now he told me about it . Now it is big problem for me.as iam living in Mumbai and court summon come to my home town ambala .I HV never aware of it.please tell me how to solve this and to get my passport renew.

You must appear in the Ambala court, seek bail and get order for recalling the PO order against you.
Passport authorities get information from Police about PO person and refuse to issue or renew the passport. If this happens in your case than it will be problem for you.

Assure your father that you and your Lawyer can handle the matter and in future also.

You get bail or stay of arrest. Assure police and court that you are not absconding from law and would extend full cooperation to court. for making yourself available as and when called or summoned by the court.when. if chargesheet is filed against you apply for quash as they have filed patently false and baseless cases against you and also letter from your employers that you'd lose your job If you are declared a proclaimed offender along with quash orders and submit it to the court.Then the court may recall the order of proclaimed offender against you. You engage a good criminal lawyer to defend you.These steps would pave the way for renewal of passport.

You being in marchant navy has a valid ground of not being available in India for court appearance. But you have to approcha court for :-

(i) bail
(ii) dropping of PO notice.
(iii) permission to renew passport
(iv) permission to visit abroad on job.
(v) exemption from hearing.

failing any one of this mercy from court your job is at peril.

Never expect anywhere on earth that you succeed and have a career living like a desperado.

Thenopposite party can apply to the court that the PO is abroad and pray for red corner notice so taht you can be taken in custody anywhere and atleast on any Indian port you land.
