Full & Final Settlement Not Received From Bank

Hi Experts,

I was working in Bank from last 5 to 6 year as per norms I have given 3 month notice of period
Thanks also Bank is not giving full & final settlement & reliving letter. Bank is holding my salary & gratuity.
Request u to plz suggest for the same.

Serve them with some representation/notice immediately. If they fail to respond or act then definitely go for a legal remedy for recovery of your valid money.

Send a legal notice to the bank (employer) and file an application with the commissioner of labour of your city.

Why the Bank is doing so?

Whether it is PSU or private Bank?

What actions have you taken till date and what was the response of Bank?

Send them well drafted but polite e-mail followed by registered letter with weekly reminders.

If no action send legal notice after waiting for one month.

Have you submitted requisite form for payment of Gratuity say FormI?

Has the bank issued any speaking order for forfeiture of gratuity?
