dear Sir,
my date of joining is 13th septermber 2012 & date of relieving is 3rd june 2017.
is i'm eligible for gratuity benefit
pls guide.

Get acknowledgment and acceptance of notice of resignation, and request to supply on LWD; Correct FnF statement (showing computation of earned wages, leave encashment, bonus,OT,incentives,reimbursements etc ),Form16 as per correct FnF statement, acknowledgment of handover of charge/assets,NOC/NDC, salary slips of all months, service certificate, relieving letter (with good comments),……………. download all appreciations/commandments, appraisals, attendance record etc etc ………….
Submit final resignation by LWD and acknowledgment and acceptance of final resignation………………….and bid goodbye.

There after employer is liable to supply ‘Notice of Determination of Gratuity’, payment of Gratuity (go thru the Act) within 30days of LWD or has to pay interest @10%pa.
Employee can also submit FormI 30days before LWD (under proper acknowledgment).
Employer may compute Gratuity in FnF also.
Employee can also submit FormI on LWD or after it…………….(under proper acknowledgment) however should avoid heavy delay.
While submitting employee can mention ‘Notice of Determination of Gratuity’, payment of Gratuity has not been supplied.
