Closing the branch, labour laws issue

Dear Experts,
our branch in jaipur is in loss hence we have decided to close the branch. also we have offer the jaipur's branch workers to work at our head office situated at delhi. however some of the workers are agree to be shift from jaipur to delhi but some workers are not agreeing to be shift. plz clarify the legal procedure to close the branch as per labour laws also clarify will i have pay any compensation to the employees who are not agreeing to work at our delhi branch,

It depends on so many factors like salary of workers, number of workers and past duration of service. Better to consult good lawyers at Jaipur
