How to change name in sslc marks card

One of my cousin did his sslc in bengalur karnataka and 12th in mumbai...his name in sslc is Deepak.D.S and in 12th it is Deepak.S.Gowda as it s mandatory to attach surname in mumbai he has mentioned name with surname and he has given same name to degree..so now he has decided to change his name in sslc.... could you please help me to know how to change his name in sslc marks card...

Not possible.However, you can change the name through gazette Notification an enclose the copy along withe the cerificate.

May contact the concerned board if any procedure exist.

Court orders is another process, may contact local lawyer.
