Hi, Sir I am Chander Prakash from Cambata Aviation pvt ldt IGI Airport. Our employer hadn't been paid our pf amount for 2 years and salary is pending. Try to fold up business without any officially annoucement and run away from Indian. DIAL and MIAL both are supported him. We are helpless sir kindly give us direction to save 3000 job of staff.

Get the assets of establishment and employer attached.
Get him arrested.

If PF contribution has not been made or neihter the amount of deduction nor of contribution has been paid by your employer then better to make a complaint to EPFO seeking strong legal action against your employer and hopefully you shall get the desired relief as this is the responsibility of that department to ensure the compliance of the EFP & MP Act, 1952 and schemes made there-under.

Your query is not on PF alone but Non payment of salaries and that employer may close down/disappear and the some regulators have not acted at all.............
If the salaries were not even processed, salary slips were not issued..............then certainly PF was not paid.
Therefore my suggestion is that you may ACT.................. and ACT ASAP........on everything.
