hi..

some one intentionally wrote a comments or online reviews/complaints in Indian real estate reviews against Real estate Builder.

how to take action against them?

if that person have any experience with that builder then he has right to post his/her review which may be against or in favor of the builder, if there is any thing defamatory then the builder may file a civil suit for defamation or may file a criminal case u/s 499/500 of IPC before criminal court.

we dont have address to give or file complaint in Court. who filed unnecessary comments they are unknown people to builder.
