It is believed that you are Hindu!

How did mother get 4 acres on her name?
Believing that the property whose title is on mother's name, attained the status of self acquired for mother: you have an equal share alongwith your brother's and sisters.

The property on father's name: The succession has opened on date of death and property is not partitioned, and is self acquired. You have an equal share.

Promised share on 3 acres: How was it promised say WILL,Gift, Registered family settlement?

You may ask your own lawyer that has examined all docs on record. Your lawyer that is well versed with local laws, can appraise you further.

You are entitled for equal share with other legal heirs. File case of partition.

dear querist,
Why did U repeat the query?

If repeated no reply.

You do not have any share in your father's self-acquired property since he (your father) expired much before amendment in Hindu Succession Act, 1955, notified on 25th September 2005.

If their lawyer mentioned that you are eligible for 1/9 th share, what is the opinion of your own lawyer that you have not mentioned. Can you clarify that point first?

Yes. If it is repeated query then no answer.
