Can i file case under sec.494 and 495 of ipc against my father after the death of my mother.

Dear experts,
In a lack of proper evidence me & my mother was not able to file case against my father under sec.494 and 495 of IPC having two wives at same time .My mother passed away in 2009.Now i have a sufficient evidence to prove my point that my father is having two wives since 22 years . can i file case under sec.494 and 495 of IPC against my father after the death of my mother.

If the son has personal grievances because of second marriage of his father, the son can file petition against the father under sections 494 and 495 of IPC.

Not clear whether your father is having family pension of your mother despite having married another lady after her death.
